Thumbs down E38-416CI-SAFETY Mode is on!!!!!!!!

i'm having a problem in a customer's car and it's making me crazy
the car had l92 heads stock tp stock manifold stock fuel sys and a 416 ci + 238/244 cam

i just attached the startup file and a dtc's note
when i crank the car up it's idle's great for few seconds afr 14ish after that immediately the car hit the safety mode WTF
dtc's detected the map sensor was not working so i installed a new one still the same then i switched the car to a MAF only tune still having the same ***ing problem

i tried everything that i learned

i'm lost and looking for your reply

    fuse or ground wire?

The TPS Sensor (P1022) and Pedal sensor fault is definately a big problem (P0223).

Try logging the MAP sensor voltage and the pedal sensor voltages.

Good luck figuring this out man!

One good question, was the car running fine before you tune it?
