What should I be looking at to get rid of this problem. If the car is slower that 5-8 mph there is not problem. If im going about 25 then no problem. When I slow down to about 10-15 mph, with foot off the gas, the rpm's want to go from the set 880 up to about 1400 or so. What would make the rpm's increase like this?

Look at the throttle cracker table and the spark tables. Make sure the spark isn't hanging the idle up there. Log what these tables are doing and make your adjustments accordingly.
Oh, and a search will reveal these things as well..

Thanks for the tips, and I did search, most of what I found was for a M6 and did not have the types of problems mine had. I will give those a try though.

Check to see if someone messed with the Idle Speed vs VSS table too.
I have seen other people mess with that table so the car doesnt decel as fast during coast down, kinda like a real light cruise control.

Where is that table located in a Gen III OS?
EDIT: Never mind. I do believe that is the 'Rolling Idle' table..?
