    AC Volts to pressure

I'm working on a little side project and I need to know what equation will change the AC Volts PID to its corresponding pressure reading. In the scanner, you log AC volts and in the editor you input actual pressure. I haven't been able to find a link between the two. Thanks.

I seem to remember that the AC Pressure PID did not work, it always reported one pressure despite differing voltage outputs. This was in an early 2.23 beta though. If the AS Pressure PID works it would be easy to derive the slope and intercept of the line.

I don't need the PID to work. The voltage reads fine on my Modis and a tech 2. I just need to know what pressure the voltage represents. I'm trying to setup a controller that uses the A/C pressure sensor powered by a 5 volt voltage regulator. If it was a temp sensor, I can look it up in SI but SI doesn't list pressure sensor values.

Well I was saying if the AC pressure (PSI) PID worked it would have to be based on the equation you need and could work backwards to find it. It's just a line with slope and intercept. The HPT guys would have to know else they could not have the AC pressure (PSI) PID.

I see what you're saying now. I've never noticed a pressure PID before. The only thing I've ever seen is AC volts.

I see that my TBSS shows both AC PSI and Volts pids. I guess I'll have to try them and see what happens.
