    Trying to help a buddy

My buddy just purchased a used serial cable version of HPTuners on corvetteforum. It is A2187, how can I get him logged in to the customer center to DL the new version of the software? The seller only sent him a disc with an older version and no login info.

Have him email support, we'll take it from there.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

If he sent something I already responded, either that or nothing was sent.

Should he just email [email protected]? He used the contact form on the homepage. Thanks for all your help. I will have him email support right now

I got a response from Jay saying I need to contact the original owner. The guy I bought it from bought it years ago on corvetteforum and never logged in or upgraded the software. He does not have a login or anything, and he has tried to get in contact with the original owner with no luck.
