It also depends on what the email is.
If it's regarding software or hardware help, then yes. If it's questions on how to tune a vehicle then we must decline as we cannot offer tuning advice. That is what this forum is for.
Also a lot of people email sales questions to support and vice versa. That doubles the response time as we have to forward your email to the correct recipient.
