SD and Transient Fuel Tables

Some speed density tables and transient fueling tables would be helpful for drive ability issues.

Send the request to support along with a copy of the stock tune. Although it could take a while it to be filled I have been waiting for just over a month to have OL added, but they are working on version 2.4
