    What Happened?

I just rebuilt my engine. The truck has been down since Christmas time. I started it today and tried to scan, and my wide band and fuel pressure don't work. They are the only things on the EIO. The factory sensors, MAP, RPM, kPa, etc., all work. My computer was did not use HP Tuners for that time, either.
The only thing that I have tested so far is the three terminals on my fuel pressure sensor plug. Between two of them was nothing, two others was 9 some volts, and the last two were 12 some volts.
Is that indicative of anything? What is my next test?
    Thanks, Mike.

That was with the plug off of the sensor, of course. The fuel pressure was something like -1.57 psi, and the AFR was 19.56, or so.

I had a broken ground wire under the hood, I think it is for my wide band controller, and I think I have my fuel pressure going to one of the aux inputs in my wide band controller. I buried my HP Tuners interface in the dash a long time ago, and I'm too lazy to pull it out, especially since fixing the ground wire fixed everything anyway.
