Take a look at this log please

When braking/slowing down, the rpms will surge and chug up and down. My tuner has played with the minimum air settings under the idle airflow tab and it got better but that sweet spot is damn near impossible to find. Look at the chart at the white timing advance line towards the end of the log where it makes hill's on the graph. What is causing this and what is the obvious, SAFE fix?
