Good afternoon everyone! I recently had the opportunity to tune a 08 G8 with full exhaust, CAI, and a wet 150hp shot. I have read everything that I could find on A6 transmission tuning and applied it to this car. On the motor the thing shifts fantastic, as you can see in the tune I have made some changes to quicken and firm up the shifts. On the bottle the 1-2 shift is very solid but the 2-3 shift over revs (about 6400 rpm). You can see in the scan it pulls timing in an attempt to shift (no rpm drop) then it puts timing back in and it appears to shift when it hits the 6400 rpm limiter. I am new to A6's and willing to learn as much as possible. If anyone has any inputs, suggestions or recommendations I would love to hear them.
Also note that I have left the shift points completely stock at this point and I am aware that my RPM and vehicle speed do not correlate. I do not think that is an issue since it shifts so well N/A
Thanks in advance,
Carl
