    HPT file wont open

    I have a buddy that emailed me this tune file a shop took off his car but it wont open in my 2.22 version HPTuners. Have no idea why it wont open.

    It was saved with a beta version of software, you would need said beta version to open the file. You can contact support for this software version.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    I sent a email with my serial number to customer support for the link to the beta 2.23 version. How long does it usually take to hear back or have it posted on my profile sign on page?

    When the version 2.23 is released (ie not the beta version) will tune files saved with this version be readable with earlier software versions?

    Its been a couple days now and I don't see anything for me to grab the beta 2.23 link wise.

    Hopefully something will show somewhere for me soon to get it.
