I'm getting 10* of KR, false knock?!?

I just installed a 3800 Series III L32 GenV in lieu of my stock 3800 Series III L36 in the Buick. Basically the same motor but one is made for boost and the other is not. I have an XP cam, steel headers (TOGs), and a 3.4 pulley. I flashed an L67 bin to my L36 PCM with HP Tuners. The problem I'm having is 10* of instant KR when I get on the throttle while crusing. From a dig, no KR up to 120 mph and that's when I brake. But if I'm crusing on the highway and I get on it I see an instant 10* of KR but if I take my foot off the gas and get on it again, no KR? My AFR command is 11.6, O2s are in the 930's and LTFTs are in the negatives as seen in the scan below. I have all of the TM disabled. I don't know if it's real KR or false KR from the TM. I don't know what to do [:'(]

You need those lower MAF #'s closer to 0. Your car is pulling that amount of fuel in PE because of the rich condition in cruise.
I think if you get the lower region cleaned up, and get your car to lock at 0 for PE it should take care of a lot of this. You are pulling 10% at WOT and still getting the desired amount of fuel, this tells me that your MAF is way high in the PE region, and it is high enough to compensate for 10% being pulled from PE.
Question though, have you desensitized the Knock sensor yet?-could be a combo of the two!
Just an idea, maybe someone with your set up will have the same response...

What MAF/Throttle body are you using?
Your fueling is way out of whack.

    I have an L32 GenV blower with a 75mm N* TB and a LQ4 MAF. I imported the LQ4 MAF values.

I seem to have fixed the LTFT values, I got them to say between -2 and 2. But I still see 9* of KR and that's only happens when I get on the throttle in OD or 3rd with boost and I notice my LTFT go to -10. What table should I modify for this? I can't see modyfing the MAF table because the MAF values seems to work okay. Is it the IFR table? Thank you.

The LQ4 table you have is different than what I have & use, your table seems richer and that's why I didn't recognize it.
A current scan showing proper LTFT's and current KR as well as a current bin file would help.

    New bin and scan.

Overkill, thank you for taking a look at this for me.

I'm ready to have a come to Jesus talk with this Regal or else sell it.

I can not get rid of this knock for the life of me. Today I spent the entire day driving to all four corners of God's creation in Pennsylvania, over 500 miles tuning, and I'm still back to where I was this morning. Everytime I try to get on the throttle at low rpms in 2nd or 3rd gear, the KR goes up to 10*. If I take my foot off the gas and stab it again, it's okay. I know my O2s are low but if I add any more fuel the KR gets worst. The more fuel I add the more my LTFTs go negative. And it always occurs in the same area, btw 2800 and 3000 rpms. What I really need is a wideband. Here are three of the many countless scans I did today.

    Scan 1

    Scan2

    Scan3

My mods are L32 GenV, XP cam, TOGs, and a 3.4 pulley. I also have a 3200 stall TC.

I have no fucking idea what to do and I'm using the bin I had in last night again. I tried using a system another member showed me a few weeks ago in HP Tuners where you track the LTFT and MAF and then multiply the MAF table by the percentage minus half. By the time I reached home this evening, my tuned was so snafued that I was better off with the original bin, my MAF looked like the edge of a saw.

I don't know what to do

Have you tried starting over? I would start with a stock VCM file for a 2001 Regal GS. I can make some changes for you if you want to try it, but only to a raw binary file (I do not have an HPT license for your car). There has to be something strange going on, but I would eliminate most of the tune variables by testing with a stock VCM file before going any further.

Where did the L67 bin come from that you flashed to your PCM? There are a lot of tables mapped in PT and other tuning software that are not mapped in HPTuner. It's possible a table you can not see is causing these problems.

Have you tried going back to stock timing tables? This could possibly eliminate a timing issue. You're commanding about 5* higher on the high octane table in the probelm area.

Adding a little fuel via the AE tables may help. If this KR is based on a single event caused by throttle movement, you may just need to add a little more fuel.

Knock Retard Recovery Rate is very slow. I would raise this. It looks like the PCM is only pulling about .1* per frame in the log file. (whoops, this is not mapped in HPTuner)

Are you using the boost bypass valve? Just wondering since the L36 PCM did not have this.

Do you have a copy of the bin file you flashed to the PCM? If it is an actual *.bin file, I may be able to shed some light on other possible causes. HPTuner VCM files are encrypted/compressed, so it's impossible to tell what changes may have been done using another tuning software.
