    Yeah I kinda figured I was headed down that road.
    In the morning I'll go back through all the tunes and if that doesn't work I'll call ford and pay my dues.

    Use the Ford Cal tuner, load it in the car and it should start, then upload again and start from there.

    I think you got screwed when you returned it to what you thought might be stock.

    OK
    Had to replace the PCM.Now I'm trying to rescale the load(x axis) in the spark table but it won't accept any value between cell#'s 2-8 so I cant match the table from the previous tune.If I try to put in say cell #4 the software just changes it to a 2 and I end up with a goofy looking load axis.
