    computer relearning?

After about 4-5 days of driving the truck starts to develope and idle problem. I tune it out and again 4-5 days later its back. Is there any way I can stop the computer from trying to correct itself? I'll go and read the tune I put in the days prior and alot of it has changed, timing table, adaptive idle spark, ECT decay ect. anyone?
