wow, you are logging way too much useless stuff there.
Your fuel trims are going way + which (agreeing with the code) you are lean. You may have a leak post MAF causing this.

yeah I know I do stuff like that, could it be a bad fuel pump
It could be a lot of things. My first guess would be a leak after the MAF. You can check the fuel pressure pretty easily with a fuel pressure gauge and see if your pump is screwing with you.

Replace your pump, that is pretty dangerous to ride around on a failing pump.

99 silverado PCMs are known for getting false knock . . . find yourself a 00=02 PCM
