What's My User ID and Password?

For new MPVI USB interface users your user ID is a 10 digit number that can be found right on your hardware.

For old serial interface users your user ID is a 10 digit number. Say the number on your CD is XYZ, then your user ID is 0000000XYZ. You can also find this by opening help->about in the scanner, editor, or flasher. The serial# is your user ID.

Your user password is the email address you originally used to place the order of HPT with.
