How long does it usually take for the LTITs to change when idleing?
Seems like days.... LOL
If the STIT is near zero, they won't change much if at all. If the STIT's are off (+/- 1 g/sec) they move a bit more quickly. However I just disable them until I have a good stable idle.

It also depends how you have you adaptive idle set up.
