Someone look at these and please tell me I have something totally screwed up in the tune. The car is surging pretty good at idle and I have spent a few hours trying to hunt down a vacuum leak with no luck in finding one.

Looks like you have more idle timing than main spark timing in the idle region. That will definitely cause issues.

So they should be the same? Why does the ecm look at both? I thought it only uses idle spark for idle?
it uses the idle park/gear tables whenever the throttle blade is closed, moving over to the HO/LO under throttle
