    Looking for a DBC 5.3 2WD NV4500 Tune File

I searched but could not find a tune file for a 5.3/nv4500 to compare files

I found this file labeled "2-2-18 Chuck 6.0" that is said to be a 6.0/NV4500. Am I good to just copy over all the transmission tables to my stock 5.3 file?

If you truly want a file to be a manual it must be flashed with a manual file to begin with. Never seen the segment swapper work from auto to manual, pretty sure the designed purpose was to do 4L60e to 4L80e or vise versa swaps.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Here ya go. This is a 2000 model DBC 5.3L with 5 speed.

Oopsy. Wrong file. That was a 2000 model 5.3L with auto that had been converted to a manual.

    Let's try this again...this is a 2000 model 4.8L with 5 speed...

I don't think I've ever seen a factory 5.3L with a manual trans. They have all been either 4.8L or 6.0L with manuals. Or black box 5.7 or 7.4.

5.3L was not an option for a manual trans truck. I would start with a 4.8L/NV3500 tune, adjust the cylinder volume, timing and fuel tables.
