Problem Scaling 3 Bar SD OS

Working on a 2004 PCM, 3 BAR OS SD

Trying to scale my tune so that I can get past the 2.4g/s cyl air mass limit, and also utilize more of the timing table instead of being stuck at 1.20 when I go into boost.

I have halved IFR and Doubled stoich. However, when I reduced cylinder volume by 50%, it increased my VE table by 200%. Car runs fine at the correct AFR, however it's still calculating the same cyl airmass at the same KPA and RPM's as before.

What do I need to do in order to get the PCM to think it's seeing half the cyl airmass that it actually is?

Can you not use a EQ/PE adder table to control your spark above 1.20?
