Does anyone see anything in these AC table settings that would cause the coolant temp to go up when the AC is on but have no issues regulating itself when AC is off?

Need a log, make sure it has AC pressure, fan speed & fan desired, etc.
Ramping the fan in that soon by ECT hints to me that it may be 'out of airflow', and if it's already at full speed before the heat load of the AC gets added it's going to overshoot.
Oh, and listing the year/fan hardware being used would help too.
