I have L96 6.0 with a misfire on cylinder #5. Here are the things I have done, change the plugs, swap wires, injectors and coils and the misfire does not follow, no smoke or oil leaks anywhere. Below are the compression checks, a leak down test was done with no issues. There is no ticking from the lifters. Could this be an issue with my tune, I had a bad MAF were the IAT was not reading, I changed it and misfires started. I have attached a log and my tune file. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
