0 degrees timing at wot? Twin turbo 5.3 not going anywhere at full throttle

Just got in a 2003 5.3 rcsb pick uip with a Speed Eng twin turbo kit on it. Car was not tuned. I've gotten the car to run okay. Idle is stable, cruising is fine but when I try to go wot the truck goes to 0 degrees timing and it doesn't go anywhere. Truck needs a 3 bar (just ordered one) but should run better then this. What could pull timing like this on a gen 3 5.3 like this? Doesn't have any knock...Any ideas?

Very likely TM related like Alvin indicated. You should also disable Abuse Mode. It can cause some odd issues as well.

Well, trucks been running rich so I've been pulling fuel out. Still getting zero timing at wot. Check the latest scan. Anyone see something in the tune that I'm missing under torque management? I turned abuse mode off as well.

I'd probably turn off brake torque mngt in the system options and in the TM tab as well as the the traction control TM.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

All the torque limiters are were you left them last tme. Likely the cause.
