6.0l L98 maffless low idle vs ect

first of all a big thankyou to this forum after researching many subjects I've managed to make my vehicle actually comfortable to drive again.
this has been my first foray into tuning I've just began to get my head around things but currently having difficulty with getting the idle to do what i want vs ect
when i enable the maf it seems to do what i want... starts up flares and drops back to when ive set vs ect... but when i rev the engine the rpm's will hang momentarily before falling back slowly
with maf disabled it does not hang and does not flare near as hard but idle only will fluctuate around the base rpm of 800 +-100

im wondering if the fact i have to rear o2s failed is causing or maybe if its something in the engine diag or dtcs

also between the 20-30sec area at start up seems to want leaner than wanted
    Thanks

Have you tried lowering the BRAF? That looks high to me, but I am by no means an expert.

If you plan to use MAF later - make sure to smooth it and put the same 5800 cell values in the high and low tables.

Made a change to the min air or braf table for you. Didn't look over any of the rest of the tune.

what should my maf freq be around at idle?
lowest readings im seeing is around 2800-3100hz at an idle of 800.does that sound about right?

As my truck with stock cam is started and settling into idle, at 801 rpm of last scan, eq ratio of 1.00 commanded and on WB, it shows MAF of 2601Hz. With engine warm and idle of 650 with commanded and WB being 1.00 the MAF shows 2289Hz. This is a stock L96 but I raised idle from 550 to 650 while learning/ testing things with HPTuners.

    Stumped

im stumped cant for the life off me figure out how to get the idle rpm to do what its told
if i enable the maf rpm will do what its told but then it runs lean i got no idea
i have tuned the maf freq though could do with a revision
the ve table is dam near perfect
this log was getting warm but you will see the rpms is not matching idle desired
