G8 GT Dod/cam install - need a base tune to drive

The car has been tuned before the cam and Dod removal. Dod has been turned off then, the car has headers, exhaust, a vararam, and a stag 2 Texas speed cam. Lifters, pushrods, valve springs. I need some help getting it moving now. Runs and idles but when it gets to temp, touching the throttle will shut it down. I know I need some help, I?m super green when it comes to tuning. All I was able to do was verify Dod is in fact off and raised the idle values to 800rpm going off a recommendation of a buddy with a camaro that has around 500whp. Can someone help me out? I can attach a log of the car idling and the shutting down. Please hit me up. 786-427-3395 I need to drive it today.
