6L90 / ZL1 Torque converter settings for drag racing

    Hi guys,
Recently installed a 6l90/ZL1 Torque converter in my 6l80 trans.
With the stock TCC pressure table of 138 psi and stock TCC apply rates I have 0 slip under WOT in 4th gear from 1500rpm.
I have the converter commanded to be locked from 3rd onwards.
My question is what are you guys doing at the drags with your TCC lock points and TCC pressures. My E38 ecu with the 6l80e doesn?t have any gain offsets. I only have TCC apply pressure and TCC desired pressure tables.
I am curious to know if keeping the Converter unlocked for is going to net a quicker 1/4 mile time.
With the stock 6l80 converter it shows around a 50whp increase over the ZL1 converter as the stock converter was slipping around 200rpm at the start of the run through to 50rpm by the end of the run on a mainline hub dyno.
The ZL1 was zero slip the entire run but shows less hp on the dyno which as interesting.
The car drives perfect as is but interested to see what you guys have to that race the 1/4.
