hi could you guys please look at this file i have just read. gen4 6.0l holden manual.
massive flat spot off idle, sometimes wants to stall. the car come in to me with this file.

it has catback exhaust only. standard airflow meter intake, possible cam
previous tune set idle to 900rpm and it still stalls occasionally. misfire monitor is turned off.
its missing something on takeoff, as it has a large flat spot

With limited information on the car its a little difficult but this should help you get it idling better if it has a cam.
