Must pass emissions, need help.

Hello, Just bought my first mustang. 2006 MGT Has long tubes, high flow cats (came with x Pipe), Borla exhaust, and an intake.. I've been trying to get it to pass smog for a month and a half but the same 3 things keep showing not ready after I repair my vehicle. I'm wondering if someone can help me with a tune or something to get it to pass smog. The car was originally catless and the previous owner didn't have the old exhaust, I originally bought non-foulers, no luck so I then bought a catted x pipe and a new set of o2s, and still no luck.. I drove for a while and nothing went ready.. I'm fairly new to tuning so any help would be appreciated. The readiness monitors I'm having trouble with are Catalyst, O2 Heater, and O2.
