LS3 running but missing some sensor signals , 6L80 hard shift

Hi,
I have installed an LS3 with 6L80E , GMPP control. Can?t figure out what?s wrong. I have the LS3 3ngine running but no map ,maf , rpm or fuel trim signal. also shifts hard into drive and reverse - I have throttle body position signal. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Transmission line pressure will max out when certain dtcs are present. Map sensor is one. Fix your sensor issues

The engine can't run with no MAP and no MAF, so it has to have one of those working at least.
