putting stock 6.2 L92 into 08 sierra that had 5.3 lc9. need help tuning

i put a rebuildt stock l92 into a 08 sierra. turned dod off and deleted vvt. truck starts and seems to run fine. using a 15 2500 6.0 intake and injectors. my issue is the 08 6.2 sierra denali file im using has a fuel pump control module, and the stock truck which was a 5.3 lc9 does not. What issues will i run into? Also what should i do to the transmission tune since it has a 4L60 in it and all the 6.2's used a 6L80. thanks for any advice

Post up a Tune file, and a log if you have one.
Did you replace the Cam with Non VVT or just turn it off in the Tune?
What injectors (I know you said 6.0, but what 6.0?)?

I'm interested to see what combination is recommended to bring this all together: 6.2 OS with manual option and stand alone Trans... Go back to ECM from the LC9 and Tune it for 6.2...

    Got it
Post up the tune file for better response. I'm no swap guy, but I know the first thing one of those guys will want to see is your Tune File.

We used the stock ecu from our 2008 suburban I swapped in a l92 into. It had the stock 4l60 and they tuned it just fine. It ran but started to stall while I was driving. The shop adjusted the tune started to run better then started to stall again. Traded it in for a 2016 2500hd. Don't have that truck anymore either. Just bought a 2011 escalade esv. But I think once you get it figured out you are gonna like it.
