    please help! low vacuum

    ls7
    stage 2 cam 234/246 .635"/.635" 115lsa +3
    msd intake
    ls7 heads milled .20
    long tube headers
    stock injectors

called Texas speed to discuss manifold vacuum at idle. the tech says it should roughly be 15" of vacuum at idle. i cannot get more vacuum unless i increase the timing to 26 degrees (which i "think" is too much) and it is only 13". it idles ok but i feel it could be a little better.

i have replaced gaskets on the intake and also fixed an issue i had where the intake wasnt setting down all the way due to the rear steam ports im running. i feel confident that this intake is not leaking anymore. (i do know that they are prone to vacuum leaks. had it off and on 3 times now.) will someone please take a look at my tune and log to see if its in the tune itself or if im wrong and the intake is somehow leaking?

What's your elevation? Just want to make sure your map sensor is working well. Shows 90kpa baro so I'll assume you're at elevation?
