So need ideas for base tune to get new engine started

Currently building a lq4 for my 09 Silverado. Lq4 is getting 243 heads and intake from the gen 4 engine, sloppy stage 2 cam for the lq4, long tubes and 3" complete duals. Changing reluctor wheel and cam gear for gen 4 use. Drilling and tapping block bungs for knock sensors also. I think the gen 4 was flex fuel , so hopefully a tad bigger injectors. I don't know what I should do at first to just get motor running so I can start dialing it in. I'd imagine turn idle up a bit at first but other than that I'm not sure, of course delete her and rear 02 codes, and disable afm , and change displacement.
Anyone with experience doing something similar have any ideas where I should start?

I'm not setup for remote tuning, but appreciate the offer. I've tuned a few vehicles but nothing with cam and higher cr yet. Just was looking for pointers on a base to get engine running enough to start tweaking it that's all.
