ok so ive been working on this today and know im over looking something. truck is dod deleted, has a tsp .600/.600 212-218, banks power cold air intake, headers no cats, banks power exhaust. i just did a data log of normal driving with a couple of pulls to near red line. im still pretty new to tuning so please dont roast me to bad. truck bogs a lil down low and then runs pretty good

Where is your other o2 sensor?
The entire log is in open loop not ready or open loop fault. Add the other o2 sensor to your logs.
Also the front o2 sensor that is working in the log drops down to show it being very lean under throttle. Once you get your o2 sensors both working you will be able to see for bad the fuel trims are working to fix stuff.
There can be zero exhaust leaks and zero vacuum leak for tuning and you need a wideband oxygen for tuning.
