Tune review - New Cam and Torque Converter

Could one of you pro tuners, if you have a minute, please review this tune. I've attached the current tune and datalog. This vehicle was tuner by someone else, and I suspect there is much tweaking that needs to be done. I suspect the torque converter locking/unlocking settings are not optimal. Among other things, I was hoping someone could point out anything that may need work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I would for sure unlock the converter in gears 1-4 and all at wot unless the converter is rated for wot lockup.

The apply and release tables are both maxed out, I believe this keeps the converter unlocked in 1-4, unless I miss understand this table.
