Looking for help with 07 Sierra max with cam tuning

Have a 2007 gmc max l76 6.0 vvt delete dod delete and Texas speed truck cam stage 1 send ecm out to a mail order tuner and having issues. They seem like they don?t wAnt to help. It starts and idle chugs and smooths out after about 30 secs and stalls if you take off and stop only when first staring for the day. It has a terrible smell from exhaust like an old carburetor car. And poor mileage down to 10mpg any advice I can send a copy of the tune this evening if it helps. Thanks here?s the file. nicks truck cam.hpt
