2002 Corvette PCM with 2002 Truck pedal/TAC/TB?

I have a 2002 DBW truck pedal and TAC module. I would like to use a 2002 Corvette PCM for other reasons. Looking at schematics, they both use the same two serial pins into the blue connector for their DBW communication, and I believe I understand how to get the right signals on the throttle body side to the TAC. Are the serial comms from the truck TAC to the old truck PCM the same as the ones that would go to a Corvette such that a Corvette PCM would work with it as long as my pedal/TAC/throttle body are working well together? I can’t imagine the serial data being different as it only needs to know a minimal amount of info about throttle position/rate from the TAC. Thanks.
