    Why are Holden knock sensor sensitivity settings for cyl. ID#1+3 so different

    to other cylinders and car models and why hasn't anyone written anything about it online?

    Is it because of different front accessories, brackets, configurations, headers, RHD...?

    Eg.

    '01 Commodore knock sensor sensitivity Cyl ID#0 at 1,200rpm = 8.
    '01 Commodore knock sensor sensitivity Cyl ID#1 at 1,200rpm = 15.

    '00 Corvette knock sensor sensitivity Cyl ID#1 at 1,200rpm = 9.
    '00 Corvette knock sensor sensitivity Cyl ID#1 at 1,200rpm = 10.

    '01 Corvette knock sensor sensitivity Cyl ID#1 at 1,200rpm = 11.
