where to start???

I just got my software the other day (loaded it onto the "Lappy 486" this evening)

I have a 2005 Pontiac GTO (6.0 "LS2" / T56 M12)
"Cat Back" Borla exhaust
K&N FIPK
and 275/40-17 tyres

the suite didn't come with a manual,
I'm about to look into the "help" file,
but I have no idea where to start


BTW:
I'm about to install a Cam, LT Headers, and Direct Port Nitrous.
(I will be having someone else "Professionally" tuni it then)
