Issues pulling Tune on a 20 GT Mustang, errors when connecting MPVI

I have a 2020 Mustang GT and I have an older MPVI device to try and pull the tune from the car and I am getting errors when doing so. Anybody know why these would be happening? 03762142-4C61-486A-A5E8-EF865A9EDF2B_1_105_c.jpg16B53813-8A12-429A-9167-F72BA25F7881_1_105_c.jpg1B8F47B9-E8CA-49CC-AE42-541615EEF99E_1_105_c.jpgDC0981F7-4F34-4125-94FA-3843D24B167C_1_105_c.jpgEED657BF-0E8E-4A3A-A597-02491DCB8C35_1_105_c.jpg

    Even with internet connection?

Got a 2020 Mustang coming in and need to load a Lund tune. I have no issues with the MPVI on 2017 up GM, so wondering why the Ford stuff is different.

    Thanks!
