Here's a stockish 1998 Corvette file.

That's a weird number. I find reference to it in google, but GM catalogs show no record of it ever existing.
Looks like they are also the same as Bosch 0280155752. I also found the below listed info... These are off a stock 97 Corvette. From What I read the 97-98 are the same and 99-up possibly changes slightly.

It is not a Word doc, or anything else, it's a proprietary format that only opens in the HP Tuners software. You have to install VCM Suite from here, for free --> https://www.hptuners.com/downloads/
