Ok...so I popped in a mild Summit truck Cam into my truck(Gen 4 LY5 E38). I tuned the VE and Maf and I run the truck with everything turned on. Truck runs fine except for this one issue. I can crank up the truck cold every time and not have an issue. Sometimes.... it doesn't do it always.... When go some where, park and immediately turn off the truck and come back....it sputters or I guess misfires when cranking. I've noticed that if I go somewhere and park and let the truck idle for say a minute or so before I turn it off...it doesn't do it when I crank it up again. I'm not sure if this is a fuel issue or a possible crank ve setting (still original) connected to the temperature of the engine. I'm sure it has to do with the temperature. I also noticed that if I pedal it a bit to help out the engine it has a better chance of firing. Still spits and pops though, but gets going. Usually on the second try. I'd appreciate a pointer in the right direction if possible.
Thank you in advance for responding.
