07 suburban 4l80e swap OS maddness

good morning all ! I've searched high and low and unless (and very possible) I'm a dumb dumb , I can not for the life of me find a 4l80e file to swap over. Its a 07 5.3 suburban os 1250212. what are my options if any sorry for my lack of skills here.

The TCM OS has to match, the ECM OS is irrelevant. 1250212 is not a TCM OS. GM built '07 Suburbans with 4L80E so there are stock calibrations available.

If that file does not match your TCM OS, you can either do a write-entire for ONLY the TCM, or use that VIN with GM SPS and flash only the TCM. I believe the second option will require buying fewer credits.

I wanted to say thank you to blindsquirrel , did as you said and it took it. My only issue now is with the prndl and the indicator line under the selected gear, it shows P and auto-lock unlock works when shifting out, but the line goes away in R N D 3 and returns for 2 and 1. I'm using the stock 4l60e neutral safety as to keep stock wiring. I swapped out switches with zero change in display. I checked the coding on the PRNDL and NSBU and they match 60 tune for 80 tune. Only wire mods were done is the sloppy mechanics t42 repin, nothing on the prndl wires.

I think if you want it to use a '07 Suburban 4L80E TCM calibration, you should re-build the wiring & other components as if it were a '07 Suburban that came with a 4L80E. This isn't a cooking show, a little of this, a little of that, a pinch of that from over there...

If you could post a tune file or a VIN it would help me a lot with checking for programming/wiring differences.

I had that issue before. The pin in the TCM that you swapped over has pulled out or not making good contact.
