E-38 Speed Density Air Mode

Can anyone tell me if I apply the Speed Density Air Mode Patch listed in my E-38 Tune if a VE Table will appear without changing to the listed 2 Bar OS or am I stuck with either using the 2 bar OS with less resolution or the VVE? I have seen posts about this patch but no one so far has directly answered the question. Please reply as you have the time

u will only get the VE table when u apply the 2bar OS

you dont need to change your OS to get the VE

its now virtual

yet you will get some benefits based on your OS like

cooler fan temp switch on
boost cut
boost enrichment
