    Replaced FSCM

    I have no knowledge of tuning for the FSCM, and this question has nothing to do with actual tuning.

    Had to replace the FSCM due to water intrusion on the last on on my Sierra, and I have a new FSCM instead of having the dealer program it for the VIN, will HP tuners accomplish this?

    No, you'll need a tech2, and if it can't do it, you'll need a j2534 interface and install techline from acdelcotds website and pay $40 and if you're good and lucky you can program it.
