    E38 Standalone no start

Hi, I've got an LC9, 6l80, E38 with a standalone harness. I've disabled VATS 1&2 and the starter fault. Turned the appropriate DTC's to do not report. I am seeing cam and crank counts while cranking the motor. I've checked key on power while cranking, checked power to injectors and coils, all good. However, the Fuel Cut off PID is showing IGNV while cranking. With key on, engine off, it reads NONE. I believe that this is causing a no start. Can anyone tell me what IGNV means and what should I be checking? Or any other ideas?

    Thank You,
    Rodney

    Are you using a FPCM?
Is it possibly voltage related to that module?

    Have you checked fuel pressure?
