    Few questions for Hptuner staff

    Hi!

    I got 2 questions:

    1. I ordered HPtuners on October 20th and I have not received any comfirmation of shipment yet (I know you guy's were at SEMA last week...lucky guy's )
    I just want to know if you will ship my stuff today? also why could it not have been shipped before the SEMA show?
    My car is in desperate need of a tune.

    2. Since I already ordered could I get my username /password P.M'd to me so I can access the bin repository?

    I sent an email to them for you...im sure they'll figure out whats up in the next few hours for you.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    not a problem...ahh, i see you added your location...i know there have been a few people with issues getting that crap through custom's...hopefully they'll at least be able to get you your tracking info & such.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Really! So your saying, that It has possibly already been shipped and maybe stuck at custom's...? I hope not. Never had a problem ordering performance parts from the U.S before.

    Can you make sure that if the guy's need to ask me questions or e-mail that they e-mail me at: [email protected] am at home today...sick
    I may have givin them my work e-mail at the time of ordering not sure..

    Denny, your order was delayed as you sent an e-check. We always wait for e-checks to clear first.

    Your e-check did clear and was processed for todays shipments.

    Cool, now I understand. I was under the impression that when the money is sent paypal that It clears right away but I guess not.

    Cant wait to receive it.
