I have a mustang that is stock that is setting p061b. The Car is auto trans and not modified at all.
It's setting a wrench light when you start it up and step on the throttle, it's setting the p061b code.
I happen to have two of these cars that are identical and I have swapped all these items in this list below from the good car to the one with the wrench light issue and none of these parts fixed the problem.
maf
map
tps
entire throttle body
alternator
egr
pedal sensor
the only thing i have not tried is replacing the ECM.
do these cars have issues with failing ecms? or some other problem I am overlooking. I thought for sure the maf or throttle body would have been the culprit, but no luck.
