More than likely the fan on time or the AC pressure is causing the fans to stay on. There were a few different pressure transducers used as well. The OEM trucks used a 500psi sensor where the older Fbody and C5's used a 450psi sensor. So the sensor scale programmed in the tune needs to match the hardware so the AC fan pressure settings function correctly.

Unfortunately the pressure transducer tables are not populated in HPTuners. I have a list of parameters that need to be added that I plan on sending in to them soon. AC functions will be part of those parameter lists.

    Hello,
i have the same problem. see my thread here:
    https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...vy-Van-LS-swap

my question is how and were in hp tuners you have to adjust the settings. is there a way to log the pressure sensor that is connected to pin 14?
my tuner tried a bunch of setting to get the fans work when the ac is on.

    thanks

I've tried to look at your post, but the forum keeps saying it's unavailable. It's been three years since I've touched this (thankfully it's still working) and I've forgotten everything I did now, so I'll be a little rusty.

I think my hardware setup is good. I'm looking for the settings in HP tuners. maybee some screenshots from the settings you did to get the A/C, fans working?
    thanks!
