11 cts-v lsa stroker stalling issue

have a 2011 cts-v lsa motor stroked, 408, comp cam, forged internals.
full headers, and full exhaust no cats, no mufflers.
lsa s/c has new bearings new oil and solid coupler.
car idles great drives great but it stutters around 2k and at 4k rpm it stalls.
at times it shuts off after the 4k run.
attached are the log file and tune.
was tuned by a small shop in Miami.
    any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks...

It will be better if you log the car while the problem occurs. Cause I cant see where do the car stalls in this log.

There is a considerable amount wrong with the tune. Maybe some mechanical issues. There are places in the log where it goes from zero to 141 mph in under 1/10th of a second. Impressive. The engine displacement is wrong. Stoic is wrong. Targeting .84 lambda is extremely dangerous on a boosted motor. All this for starters, but without a complete list of mods hard to tell what else is wrong.

    You sure this is stroked????

yes sure i built the motor myself.
editing top post w more details on build.
the tune was a small shop, no dyno.
I did find out las t night the pcm is manual and im going to use my mdi to flash it to auto.
that and changing to serial instead of gmlan should fix the speedo issue.
starting with a stock file will be better in my opinion.
any other input would be appreciated. Thanks

So you have an A6 and it is set to Manual?

Also are you running stock sized pulleys?

So unless there is something new that I do not know about a 2011 CTS-V came with a 6.2 not a 6.0. So stroked it should be 416-419 not 408. If it is 408 then does it have LSA heads or are there other mods?

    engine displacement needs fixing
If really a LS2 block pull 3 degrees of timing across the whole timing table as it has no oil squirters on the pistons
If no pulley changes then it should be only making about 8psi?
No injector changes? If so it may not be able to provide enough fuel
you need a WB maybe a 30-0334 - X-Series Wideband UEGO AFR Sensor Controller Gauge with OBDII Connectivity
log of the issue with working PIDs and TCM talking to ECM.
    No CAI?

Make sure you have the engine displacement correct before your first start. I have no idea how this could run as all air calcs were were off 10 to 12% because there was nothing in the tune to tell the ECM the engine change. It thought it was a 6.2L

forgot to mention original lsa motor was toast.
i built an ls3 into this has the lsa heads,
    will fix displacement
it does have stock injectors for now.
    stock pulleys as well

Then should not be a 408. Would be 416-419 depending on what was done. If you used and LS3 not and LSA block then you lost the oil squirters. That is about a 3 degree loss in timing. You should start by pulling 3 degrees across both timing tables.
