Anyone have an issue with Evap still showing "incomplete" even with Evap DTC's "NER"?

Anyone have an issue with Evap still showing "incomplete" even with Evap DTC's set to "No Error Reported"? Trying to get a 2010 Corvette with upgraded cam to have all readiness complete, but Evap never seems to want to complete all tests, even when trying to attempt the ridiculous GM drive cycle of death. Trying to figure out if there is a flag I'm missing, or too many flags set?

Found it! The Fuel Level DTCs also have to be flagged NER.
