I have a turbo C6 grandsport here that I am tuning. I had the car running in sd on the stock operating system. Now we are raising the boost a good bit and I switched to the custom 2 bar. After doing so the transmission will not shift properly. It skips 3rd gear and the tutd will not downshift anymore. Obviously I'm missing something that I need to change. I have done a lot of 2 bar os on these pcm's but this is the first I've done on an auto car. I'll post files as time allows.
BTW when I flash the stock os back to the car it works flawlessly.
